COMMON FOOTBALL RULES APPLY
1. All normal NCAA football rules apply.
2. Officials or the Director have final say, players can and will be ejected for arguing or unsportsmanlike conduct!
   a. An ejected player will sit out the rest of the game. Mouthing off or hitting another player with unnecessary force is grounds for ejection.

FIELD OF PLAY
1. Field will be 40 yards long with a 10 yard end zone.
2. A first down occurs when the ball is advanced past the 25 & 10 yard line or pass interference.
3. Game Time - 25 minute game of running time. Clock only stops for injured player on the field.

MOVING THE BALL
1. The Offense has 3 downs to make a first down (25 & 10 yard lines).
2. The offense has 20 seconds to snap the ball once it is blown in play.
3. NO RUSHING PLAYS.
4. The player whom receives the snap is considered the QB and has 4 seconds to pass the ball.  If a pass is not attempted in 4 seconds the down is over the ball is returned to the LOS.  If the ball is pitched or a latteralled the player can pass it behind the LOS. This also stops the 4 second clock. The defense can then cross the LOS to tag ball carrier otherwise you can not cross the LOS.
5. A CENTER must be used to snap the ball.  A PLAYER must serve as the center but he is not an illegible receiver.
6. The play is dead when a player is tagged with ONE HAND, the ball is fumbled (no change of possession), or the player runs out of bounds.
7. If the ball hits the ground or a player with possession of the ball is on the ground the play is over. No change of Possession.
8. The offense CAN NOT block, blocking is considered when an offensive player extends his hands to impede another player. The play is blown dead and returned to original LOS with loss of down.
9. A player needs ONE foot in bounds for a catch.
10. The offense must use a legal formation, motion or shifting is allowed.
11. You may have a coach in the offensive huddle with only the 7 players in the game, but they must be 8 yards behind the ball when snapped.

CHANGE OF POSSESSION
1. The offense fails to advance the ball past the 25, 10 or goal line on 3rd down.
2. The Defense intercepts on ball. If the defense scores on the interception the same offense starts over at the 40 yard line.
3. The game expires.

SCORING
1.  Six points is awarded for a touchdown.  After all scores (defensive too) a Conversion will be attempted.  You get 1 point for a conversion from the 5 yard line and 2 points if the conversion is successful from the 10 yard line.
2.  The defense can only score if they advance an interception PAST the 40 yard line with no penalties.
3.  Games ending in a tie will play overtime to determine the winner. The winning team is awarded one extra point, so a 28-28 tie would have a final score of 29-28.

OVERTIME RULES (During bracket play)
1.  Each team gets 1 play from the 40 yard line.
2.  Team with the most yards wins.  If no yards are gained the process is repeated.
