The day of the Tournament the coach is responsible to bring the ROSTER & PLAYER RELEASE FORMS to the Registration desk.  Please DO NOT mail or email these forms, they must be submitted the day of the tournament.

-All players (max of 20) must be listed on registration roster and from the same High School.
- Players and Coaches must wear Under Armour GEAR, 3 coaches and 20 players max allowed on sideline
